Information Letomix may receive

The exact amount depends on the action a visitor takes and the services enabled on a page.

Information you send

Your email address, message and files that you deliberately send to the contact address.

Technical logs

IP address, requested URL, request time, browser, device and other information available to hosting or security systems.

Visit information

Referring source, viewed pages, approximate location and events when the relevant analytics or advertising systems are actually enabled.

Tool files

Images and metadata selected for processing. The handling method depends on the implementation of the specific tool.

When you email Letomix

We receive the sender address, message content and attachments you choose to provide. This information is used to review the request, respond and keep necessary correspondence records.

Do not send passwords, payment information or other highly sensitive data unless it is genuinely required to resolve the issue.

Infrastructure

Hosting and security

Server infrastructure may create technical logs automatically. They help deliver pages, identify errors, limit abuse and maintain website security.

The exact fields and retention periods depend on the hosting service and configuration actually in use.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising systems are enabled on the website, they may process identifiers, visit events, browser data and approximate location under their own terms.

The provider list and consent mechanism must match the services that are actually in use rather than template language.

Referrals

Affiliate links

An affiliate link may contain a technical identifier that lets a third-party service recognize the referral source. After you leave Letomix, data is handled under the seller's or service's own rules.

For every tool, the actual network behavior matters more than a label on the page.

Current implementation

Image Compressor and EXIF Remover

In the current code, the image compressor and metadata-removal tool work with file data through browser APIs. This description applies to the current implementation and must be checked again after material changes.

the result is generated by the page and browser;
library or logic updates require another review.

Separate verification

Background Remover

The Background Remover uses a third-party JavaScript module and model data. Loading code or model files does not itself prove that a user's image is uploaded, so Letomix does not promise fully local processing without a separate inspection of network requests.

the tool's network behaviour is reviewed separately;
a “your file is not uploaded” claim appears only after verification;
for highly sensitive files, choose a tool with a documented and verified local-processing mode.

External systems

Cookies and third-party services

The website may rely on infrastructure and providers that operate under their own privacy policies.
