What to inspect in the output

Four criteria are more useful than “this looks impressive.”

1. Face and subject consistency

Watch the whole clip. Check whether the face, hair, clothing and small details change as the subject turns, moves or interacts with objects.

2. Motion and physics

Use ordinary actions. Walking, closing a door, holding a glass or getting into a car often reveal stability better than a fantasy scene.

3. Camera and event order

Judge instruction following, not just image quality. If you specified a camera move and an action sequence, the model should actually follow it.

4. Cost of a usable take
